Yes - you can go straight to the venue with your E-Ticket on your phone or device.
If you require a printed ticket, you may print your confirmation email at home or visit the venue box office during the season.
For collections, please arrive no later than 30mins prior to your session start time. You will need valid ID for collection.

No. All venues and events are General Admission. Guests will be seated on a first come, first served basis.
Private Booths are available for purchase to performances of Deluxe Deluxe only.
Deluxe Deluxe booths are fixed price and seat up to 8 people. The booth will be reserved under the name of the ticket purchaser.
This means that your ticket does not assign you a specific allocated seat at the venue.
Being late affects performers and the rest of the audience. This is so important that some artists specifically ask that latecomers not be admitted.
The Spiegeltent therefore reserves the right to exclude latecomers to certain events or to admit them only during a suitable break in the performance. The Spiegeltent regrets it is not possible to refund a completed booking. Please respect the Front of House staff's instructions.

The Spiegeltent Hobart is licensed with two bars, one outside and inside the tent. The bar inside the tent will only be open for select shows. Drinks are allowed inside the Spiegeltent. We encourage patrons to drink responsibly. Any patrons who are found to be intoxicated will be asked to leave the Spiegeltent Hobart site.
Patrons are able to bring their own food into the Spiegeltent Hobart site. No food is allowed inside the tent (excluding popcorn and choc tops purchased from the Spiegeltent Hobart bar).
The use of cameras, videos or other recording devices is strictly prohibited inside Spiegeltent Hobart’s venue. Outside of venues - we love happy snaps! Post them, share them and generally snap away (#SpiegeltentHobart, @thespiegeltent).
